Step 1 Start in push-up position with your body forming a straight line from your shoulders to your ankles.
Alternating Slide Out: Step 2
Step 2 While maintaining a tight torso, slide one arm out in front of you as far as possible. Return back to the push-up position.

Progressions & Variations

Tips

Do not allow your torso to rotate from side to side as you slide your arm forward.

Do not allow your hips to sag.

Squeeze your glutes to provide stability.
