Step 1 Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart. Squat down, keeping your heels flat on the ground, chest up, hips back, and knees out.
Balancing Squat: Step 2
Step 2 Stand and shift your weight to one leg. Lift your other leg and grab your shin with your hand. Raise that leg out to the side. Maintain balance on your standing leg. Return to starting position.

Tips

Avoid rounding your back throughout the movement. Make sure to keep your chest up and your back flat.
