Step 2 Exhale and lower hips to ground until back knee comes one inch from floor. Pause and retract back to starting position.

Progressions & Variations

Tips

Make sure you stagger your legs far enough apart to give your hips room to drop.

Make sure you keep most of your weight on your front leg.

Do not let your elbows drop.
