Barbell Stepover: Step 1

Barbell Stepover: Step 2
Step 2 Brace your core and drive one knee up toward your navel to step over the bench. Firmly plant your foot on the floor.
Barbell Stepover: Step 3
Step 3 Drive your other knee up toward your navel to step over the bench so that both feet come to rest directly under your hips.
