Step 1 Standing in a shoulder-width stance, hold a body bar or unloaded barbell over one shoulder with both hands grasping the bar.
Body Bar Oblique Twist: Step 2
Step 2 Brace your core and then twist your upper body until the bar is pointing directly in front of you. Contract your obliques as you rotate. Return to the starting position.
