Cross Knee Strike: Step 1
Step 1 Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and arms lifted and bent in front of your face.
Cross Knee Strike: Step 2
Step 2 Transfer all of your body weight onto one leg, brace your core, and draw your other knee towards the opposite shoulder as high as possible. Pause and return to start.

Progressions & Variations

Tips

Pull your shoulders back and keep your chest up throughout the exercise. Avoid letting your shoulders round forward.

The exercise should be dominated by the twisting motion. Make sure the power comes from your core, not your leg.
