Cross Punch Roll-up: Step 1
Step 1 Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Get your hands in a fighting position directly in front of your face.
Cross Punch Roll-up: Step 2
Step 2 Perform a standard Sit-up, making four cross-body punches so the last punch is completed at the top of the movement. Slowly lower to the starting position.
