Cycling Russian Twist: Step 1
Step 1 Sit on the floor with legs and arms completely extended straight in front of you. Lean back so your midsection creates a 45-degree angle with the floor.
Cycling Russian Twist: Step 2
Step 2 Draw one knee toward your chest as you rotate your torso and arms toward that knee. Hold for three seconds while keeping your balance.
Cycling Russian Twist: Step 3
Step 3 Extend the leg, twist to the opposite side and pull in the other knee. Try to keep your torso at a 45-degree angle off the floor and keep your feet elevated at all times.
