Step 1 Stand on a box that is about knee height.
Depth Jump: Step 2
Step 2 Jump off the box and land softly on the floor. Upon ground contact, drop your hips down, rapidly swing your arms backwards, and then jump into the air. Turn around and step back onto the box to return to starting position.

Tips

Make sure you explode as fast as possible upon ground contact.

Do not let your knees cave inward on the landing.

Land by bending your knees and sinking into your heels.
