Step 1 Stand tall with one arm down by your side with the palm facing behind you and the other arm over your shoulder with the palm facing forward.
Hand Crossover: Step 2
Step 2 Swing both arms across your body at the same angles as if they're swapping positions. Alternate their positions back and forth quickly.

The movement should be performed in a quick, yet controlled manner.

Avoid overarching the lower back during the exercise. All the movement should come from the shoulders.
