Hip Raise: Step 1
Step 1 Lie face up on the floor with your arms at your side and knees bent, feet firmly panted floor.
Hip Raise: Step 2
Step 2 Raise your hips so your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your knees. Pause in the up position, then lower your body back to the starting position.

Progressions & Variations

Tips

Be sure to squeeze glutes at the top of each rep.

Concentrate on pushing through your heels during the exercise.

Avoid hyperextending your lower back at the top of the movement.
