Inchworm to Side Plank: Step 1
Step 1 Stand tall with your hands down by your sides. Push your hips back and reach your hands down towards the floor.
Inchworm to Side Plank: Step 2
Step 2 Walk forward on your hands until you're in the top of a push-up position.
Inchworm to Side Plank: Step 3
Step 3 Tighten your abs and rotate one side of your torso with your arm reaching straight up toward the sky. Return to the push-up position to repeat on the other side.

Tips

Brace your core throughout entire movement.

Keep your torso square to the ground during the inchworm.

Keep your glutes tight during the side plank to help with stabilization.
