Inchworm: Step 1
Step 1 Stand tall with your legs straight. Bend forward and touch the floor with both hands.
Inchworm: Step 2
Step 2 Walk your hands forward while keeping your legs straight so that you almost end up in a push-up position.
Inchworm: Step 3
Step 3 Walk your feet forward in small steps keeping your hands on the ground so that you end up back in the starting position.

Progressions & Variations

Tips

Be sure to keep your abs in tight and back flat throughout the entire exercise.

Do not allow your hips to sag during the exercise.

Try to prevent your torso from swaying from side to side during the exercise.
