Incline W Raise: Step 1
Step 1 Lie chest-down on an incline bench with a 30-degree angle. Allow your arms to hang down, palms facing down with your elbows bent to 90-degrees.
Incline W Raise: Step 2
Step 2 Keeping your elbows bent, raise your arms up and to the side of your body as you squeeze your shoulder blades together. Continue raising until upper arms are parallel to the ground. Pause, then slowly lower your arms back to the starting position.
