Step 2 Explosively push off of the floor with both feet, jumping up and to one, swinging your arms behind you. Land softly and immediately sit into another squat. Push back to standing and repeat, jumping up and over to the opposite side.

Progressions & Variations

Tips

Do not land stiff and hard. Make sure to land as softly as possible.

Do not allow your knees to travel too far in front of your toes upon landing.

Make sure to lower yourself until your hips are parallel with your knees.
