Step 1 Standing tall, hold the ends of a resistance band in both hands behind your back.
Over-under Shoulder Stretch: Step 2
Step 2 Bend one arm and bring it behind your back, grasping the resistance band as high as possible. At the same time, bend your other arm above your head, pointing your elbow upward and grasping the resistance band as low as possible. Hold, then return to the starting position.
