Step 1 Stand with your feet together and your arms fully extended overhead, your hands clasped.
Power Squat Chops: Step 2
Step 2 Jump your feet out, landing in a squat position while chopping your arms diagonally across one side of your body. Pause, then jump back to the starting position.

Progressions & Variations

Tips

As you bring your arms across your body, squeeze your abs.

Push your hips back to start the squat movement.

Make sure your knees do not cave inward during the squat.
