Step 1 Sit on the floor with your legs straight. Tighten your abs and push your hands straight down into the floor.
Reverse Plank Hover: Step 2
Step 2 Lift your hips slightly off the floor. Crunch your abs, pushing your hips slightly behind your shoulders. Hold, and then return to the starting position.

Tips

Be sure to raise your hips completely off the ground during the movement.

Maintain a slight forward lean throughout the exercise.

Prevent your elbows from bending as you raise your body.
