Step 1 Stand tall with your legs straight and arms hanging at your sides.
Side Shuffle Switch: Step 2
Step 2 Perform three quick side shuffles to one side making sure to raise your knees as high as possible during every step. On the last shuffle, land on your outside foot and pause while raising your inside knee. Slowly lower to repeat to the other side.
