Step 2 Keeping the neutral arch in your lower back and your legs straight, lower one leg toward the floor. Keep your opposite leg in the air. Pause and return your leg to the starting position.

Progressions & Variations

Tips

Maintain the natural curve in your lower back as you lower your leg.

Make sure you keep your head and shoulders on the floor throughout the movement.

Don't allow your leg to touch the floor when you lower it.
