Sleeper Stretch: Step 1
Step 1 Lie on the floor on one side with your head placed on a foam roller for support. Bend your bottom arm to 90 degrees so it is perpendicular with your torso.
Sleeper Stretch: Step 2
Step 2 Keeping your shoulder blades down and back, use your left hand to press your right hand toward the floor until you feel a stretch in the back of your shoulder. Hold, then return to start.
