Step 2 Sit all the way down, as far as possible. Then raise one arm overhead, pause, and return it to your foot. Repeat with the other arm. Then stand to return to the starting position.

Progressions & Variations

Tips

Avoid rounding your upper back too much. Instead, keep your shoulders pulled back and chest up throughout the exercise.

Avoid allowing your knees to cave in during the squatting motion.
