Swiss Ball Side Crunch: Step 1
Step 1 Lie sideways with one hip on top of a Swiss ball. Cross your arms in front of your body. Place your top foot on the floor in front of your bottom foot in a staggered stance.
Swiss Ball Side Crunch: Step 2
Step 2 Crunch upwards on the Swiss ball lifting your upper body. Return to the starting position.

Progressions & Variations

Tips

Do not lean the torso forward or back. Try to move only up and down during the exercise.

Be sure to power the move through the abdominals and not by arching or reaching with the neck.
