Step 1 Get into a plank position resting on your forearms with feet close to one another. Hands should be planted on the floor beneath your chin and your hips off the ground forming a straight line from your shoulders to your feet. This is your starting position.

Step 2 Slowly turn your toes, knees, and hips to one side as you reach one arm up to the ceiling and stack one foot on top of another in a side plank on your elbow. Slowly lower back to your starting plank and then repeat to the other side.
