Step 2 Keep your elbows pointed forward as you lower the dumbbells beside your ears while extending your legs out. Then return to the starting position by extending your arms overhead while at the same time bringing your knees back towards your chest.

Tips

Don't arch your lower back as you extend your legs.

Don't allow your elbows to point out towards the sides as you lower the dumbbells.

Don't allow the dumbbells to touch the floor as you lower them behind your head.
