Step 1 Stand tall with your legs straight and arms hanging at your sides.
Walking Knee Hugs: Step 2
Step 2 Kick one knee up, bringing it as high as comfortable. Grasp it with both hands and gently pull it up slightly higher, hugging it to the body. Slowly lower to repeat with the opposite side. Each step should move you forward slightly.

Progressions & Variations

Tips

Avoid leaning too far forward during the exercise. Keep your chest up and shoulders pulled back during the entire movement.

Try to keep the supporting leg completely straight during the exercise.
