Step 1 Lie on your one side with your elbow on the ground and your knees bent. Hold a dumbbell in your upper hand and rest it on the outside of your hip.
Weighted Clam Bridge: Step 2
Step 2 Lift your hips off the ground, supporting yourself on your lower elbow and knee. Brace core.
Weighted Clam Bridge: Step 3
Step 3 Keep your feet together and lift your top knee towards the ceiling. Repeat this movement for prescribed repetition.
