Weighted Sit-up: Step 1
Step 1 Lie on your back with your knees bent 90 degrees and feet flat on the floor. Hold a dumbbell against your chest. This is your starting position.
Weighted Sit-up: Step 2
Step 2 Contract your core and raise your upper torso until the backs of your forearms touch the tops of your thighs. Pause and slowly lower yourself back to starting position.
