Ankle to Knee Pose: Step 1
Step 1 Start seated with your legs wide to either side.
Ankle to Knee Pose: Step 2
Step 2 Bend your right knee and place your right shin on the ground in front of you, parallel to the front edge of your mat.

Step 3 Take your left shin and stack it on top of your right shin so that your left ankle is on top of your right knee and your right ankle is on top of your left knee.
Ankle to Knee Pose: Step 4
Step 4 Flex both of your feet to provide the static stability to protect your knees.
Ankle to Knee Pose: Step 5
Step 5 Place your hands on the ground in front of your shins. Inhale your navel to your spine, and use your exhale to lengthen forward.
Ankle to Knee Pose: Step 6
Step 6 Allow your head to relax and breathe here for at least three deep breaths. Repeat on the other side.
