Bird of Paradise Pose: Step 1
Step 1 Begin in forward fold with feet slightly wider than hip distance apart.

Step 3 Transfer your weight into your left foot, come on to the ball of your right foot. Breathe here.

Step 4 Pull your belly button to your spine and slowly start to round your spine up to stand. Breathe here.

Step 5 Slowly, lengthen your right leg long and upward.

Step 6 Drop your shoulders down your back, lift through your chest, and breathe here for at least three deep breaths, then unwind, and repeat on the other side.
