Cow Face Pose: Step 1
Step 1 Begin on your hands and knees.
Cow Face Pose: Step 2
Step 2 Cross your right knee in front your left, winging your feet out to either side.
Cow Face Pose: Step 3
Step 3 Very gently use your hands to bring your sitz bones to the ground inside of your heels.
Cow Face Pose: Step 4
Step 4 Reach your left arm high, and bend the elbow so that your left hand falls in between your shoulder blades.
Cow Face Pose: Step 5
Step 5 Reach your right hand up your back, bending your right elbow, to clasp your left hand. If your hands don't reach, your can grab the back of your shirt or use a strap.
Cow Face Pose: Step 6
Step 6 Stay upright for a deep breath, then hinge forward from your hips to fold forward. Breathe here for at least three deep breaths, releasing the arms if your shoulders begin to tense. Repeat on the other side.
