Step 2 Allow your hands to fall behind you, and clasp them behind your sacrum. Take a deep inhale to open your chest.

Step 3 On your exhale, fold yourself inside of your right knee.
Devotional Warrior Pose: Step 4
Step 4 Allow your head to fall toward the ground, allowing gravity to do all of the work for you. Square your hips and let your neck go. Breathe here for at least three deep breaths, then repeat on the other side.
