Head to Knee Pose: Step 1
Step 1 Begin in a seated position.

Step 2 Extend your right leg long and place your left foot inside of your right thigh.
Head to Knee Pose: Step 3
Step 3 Tent your fingertips on either side of your right leg and twist your torso to the right.
Head to Knee Pose: Step 4
Step 4 Take a big inhale to lengthen your spine, then use your exhale to engage your navel to your spine and lean forward over your right leg, walking your hands forward as you go, and relaxing your head toward your leg. Stay here for at least three deep breaths. Repeat with your left leg long.
