Step 1 Begin in down dog.
High Lunge Pose: Step 2
Step 2 Round your right knee toward your nose.
High Lunge Pose: Step 3
Step 3 Step your right foot between your hands to a low lunge.
High Lunge Pose: Step 4
Step 4 Transfer your weight into your feet and reach your arms up toward the ceiling, framing your face. Keep your right knee bent at a 90-degree angle. Be sure the knee doesn't move beyond the ankle. Breathe here for at least three deep breaths and then repeat on the left.

Modifications

If your foot doesn't make it between your hands from low lunge, take a hold of your right ankle with your right hand and place your foot forward.
