Lion Pose: Step 1
Step 1 Begin by kneeling with your knees slightly separated and your palms facedown on your thighs. Your toes can be tucked or untucked.
Lion Pose: Step 2
Step 2 Take a big inhale through your nose, and lift your shoulders slightly, with your arms straight.
Lion Pose: Step 3
Step 3 Use a loud vocal "ahh" (lion's roar) exhale to stretch your tongue out of your very open mouth, reaching down toward your chin, and widen your eyes as much as you can. Look upward, and press into your palms and spread your fingers. Repeat three times.
