Lizard Pose: Step 1
Step 1 Begin in down dog.
Lizard Pose: Step 2
Step 2 Lift your right leg high to down dog split, open your hip, and bend your knee.
Lizard Pose: Step 3
Step 3 Step your right foot outside of your right hand.
Lizard Pose: Step 4
Step 4 Release your left knee to the ground and lower your forearms, one at a time, to the ground.
Lizard Pose: Step 5
Step 5 Reach your chest forward through your arms, and allow your head to relax in line with your spine. Breathe here for at least three deep breaths, then repeat on your left side.
