Tips

Not recommended for those with knee maladies or with heart problems.

Benefits

Improves flexibility and strength in hips, legs, back, shoulders, and abdominals. Opens chest to allow for deeper breathing.

Modifications

If your foot doesn't make it between your hands from low lunge, take a hold of your right ankle with your right hand and place your foot forward.
