Step 1 Begin on all fours. Allow your hips to sink to wherever is still comfortable and stay here for at least three deep breaths.

Step 2 Place a blanket underneath your right knee, just off to the right of your mat.
Open-Hip Frog Pose: Step 3
Step 3 Slowly allow your right knee and shin to slide to the right and away from your body as you soften your elbows and lower your hips and then your chest toward the mat.

Step 4 Make a pillow with your hands for your head (or use a block).

Step 5 Allow your hips to sink to wherever is still comfortable and stay here for at least three deep breaths.
