Standing Split Pose: Step 1
Step 1 Begin in a standing forward bend with both hands on the ground.

Step 2 Transfer your weight into your left foot, lift your right leg high, and open your right hip. Point or floint your toes toward the ceiling.
Standing Split Pose: Step 3
Step 3 Walk your hands back in line with your toes (on the floor or on blocks) and drop your head. Breathe here for at least three deep breaths.
