Table Top Pose: Step 1
Step 1 Begin seated with your legs long in front of you, with feet hip's distance apart.
Table Top Pose: Step 2
Step 2 Plant your hands on either side of your hips and start to press into your feet, bending your knees and lift your chest high.
Table Top Pose: Step 3
Step 3 If it feels fine on your neck, you can allow the head to fall back. Stay here for five deep breaths and then gently release your sit bones down to the ground.

Progressions & Variations

Tips

Avoid this pose if you have wrist maladies, such as carpal tunnel syndrome. If you have neck injuries, do not let your head fall back. Take caution when practicing this pose.
