Up Dog Pose: Step 1
Step 1 Begin lying facedown on the ground with the tops of your feet on the ground.
Up Dog Pose: Step 2
Step 2 Place your hands on either side of your chest, bending your elbows and allowing them to brush the sides of your rib cage.
Up Dog Pose: Step 3
Step 3 Press into your palms, pull your chest forward through your shoulders. Press into your feet to lift your thighs and knees off the ground so only your hands and the tops of your feet are on the ground. Breathe here for at least three deep breaths.
