Kailey Willetts, 24, weighed 16 stone (101 kg) at her heaviest and wore a dress size 22.

Mundane tasks such as cleaning the house would often leave her breathless and the cabin crew worker would struggle to get through the day.

When Kailey's weight began to affect her social life, she decided to make a change.

She said: "I was extremely unhappy with the way I looked.

"I would refuse to go out with my friends and my mood was really up and down.

"My mental health was suffering too.”

She said: "I was anxious and depressed all the time.

"I didn't know what was causing it, but looking back it was the because I was overweight and it was the thought of having to be in social situations when I was so unhappy with myself.

"I knew I had to change.”

Due to her weight Kailey, from London, said she was too embarrassed to go to the gym so instead downloaded the App Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide (BBG) on to her phone.

"I did it at home because I was too ashamed to go to the gym in the beginning.

"It's 28 minutes a day, three times a week, of specific training with two days of low intensity and high intensity.

"There's a food plan to follow too.

"It was so easy to follow as everything was just there for me.”

And soon Kailey began to see the changes not only in her physique but in her health too.

She said: "I am a new person with a new zest for life and confidence to take on the world.

"I didn't realise how unfit I was before I started going to the gym.

"It sounds silly but I was so unfit that even daily tasks like cleaning the house or doing a full day at work would make me out of breath and tired.

"I can't imagine being that person now.”
