The Human Ken Doll will not be appearing in the Celebrity Big Brother house as he's gone back under the knife for MORE cosmetic surgery.

As doctors performed an operation to give him eyes like a CAT Rodrigo Alves posed for a selfie to update fans about his latest work.

The 34-year-old cosmetic surgery addict has already spent £400,000 on more than 150 body-changing operations and procedures - including liposuction, six-pack implants and botox fillers.

Brazilian TV presenter Rodrigo had been expected to make an appearance on the Channel 5 reality show which launches tonight, but instead the star travelled to Iran to have his eyes pulled, sliced and stitched into a feline shape.

His latest work comes just days after he celebrated his 34th birthday by having his tenth nose job.

But Rodrigo's £52,000 'surgery holiday' isn't over because during his nose job the docs accidentally broke his FRONT TEETH - so he's now waiting for new veneers.

Brazilian-born Rodrigo, from London, was left with problems breathing after his previous nose jobs and says the anxiety had made him pile on three stone in a year.

He said: "After so much botox since the age of 20 my eyebrows were uneven and now he was able to fix that.

"The feline looking eyes will make me look a bit sexier. A lot of celebrities have done it and does look amazing.'

Rodrigo's latest procedure was done during local sedation and he didn't feel any pain.

"The plastic surgeon also revised the scar from my facelift," he said.

"The doctor made an incision on the top of my eye browns to lift it and on the corner of my eyes and temples he stretched it to give me more of a feline look."

Rodrigo flew to Dubai for a stay in the seven-star Burj Al Arab hotel for his birthday in early July.

He then flew to Kish Island for a £35,000 nose job and chin implant on July 27.

Doctors elsewhere warned more surgery would see his nose "fall off" after he contracted a bacterial infection.

Rodrigo added: "It was my tenth nose job. I had a scar and was not able to breath.

"It had been causing me lots of anxiety leading me to depression and an eating disorder.

"I wasn't born this way - I made myself this way - so therefore I gain fat very easy after 14 liposuctions."

Rodrigo then had a two-hour 'cat eye lift' on Monday by Dr Moslem Ghobadi and is having new veneers installed before flying home to London in a week.

He will miss the launch night of the Celebrity version of the reality show, which Emma Willis will launch tonight.

Although Rodrigo isn't on the line-up find out who is here.

Rodrigo first went under the knife in 2004 after struggling with the way he looked since childhood.

His long list of surgery includes £8,000 on Botox and fillers, £30,000 on three nose jobs, £3,000 on liposuction to his jaw and £10,000 on pec implants.

He has also spent £22,000 on a fake six pack, £7,000 on fillers to his arms, £7,000 on hospital bills, £7,000 on laser lipo, £6,000 on leg lipo and £3,000 on calf shaping.

Party-loving Rodrigo says he pays for the operations himself through promotional and TV work, brand endorsement and renting out 11 homes in Spain.
