Use your body weight to target your upper body.

You can sculpt your arms by using your own body weight. This sequence includes a variety of poses to strengthen and lengthen your arms and shoulders. Have fun and breathe deeply. Remember you can take a breather and go into a child's pose at any time. When you feel ready, get back into the routine. You'll get stronger every time you return to the mat.
