This routine is designed to be done in an airport, at a rest stop, or any place you've been sitting for a while. Sitting still for extended periods of time keeps your muscles inactive and freezes your joints' ranges of motion. This stretching routine targets the muscles that tend to get tight while traveling: hips, shoulders, legs, and torso.
