The royal family celebrated the 100th anniversary of the Royal Air Force with a number events today. While Queen Elizabeth, Prince Charles, Duchess Camilla, Prince William, Kate Middleton, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle all made appearances in honor of the occasion, our favorite two little royals watched the celebrations from the sidelines: Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

Prince George and Princess Charlotte very sweetly stole the show last time they were on the palace balcony for Trooping the Colour in June, but today they watched the royal flypast from a window at Buckingham Palace. They were spotted having the absolute best time watching the show and taking in the crowd with their nanny, Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo, and Kate's private secretary, Catherine Quinn.

The celebratory day for the Royal Air Force's 100th anniversary started at Westminster Abbey, where the royals met with Royal Air Force personnel and attended a service. A sea of royals were in attendance, including Duchess Kate, who made a surprise appearance. The Duchess is technically still on maternity leave, but chose to attend RAF Centenary Service given her role as an Honorary Air Commandant.

Following the service, the royals headed to Buckingham Palace for a flyover of historic planes, which members of the royal family watched from the palace balcony, while George and Charlotte watched from inside.

This isn't the first time Prince George and Princess Charlotte have had a window view of an event at Buckingham Palace. Back in 2015, a playful George stuck his tongue out while watching the Trooping the Colour parade from a Buckingham Palace window.

And at Trooping the Colour 2017, George and Charlotte both took a peek outside the window before their appearance on the Buckingham Palace balcony.

George, Charlotte, and the rest of the royal family have been busy in the past few days. Just yesterday, the little royals were on hand to celebrate Prince Louis's christening, which marked their very first appearance as a family of five.

It's only a matter of time before Prince Louis joins his older siblings in the window-watching fun.
