When an Arizona woman learned her boyfriend was HIV positive, she didn't kick him to the curb — she took her red Mustang and plowed right through him.

The victim, on his bicycle, flipped and tumbled several times when Misty Lee Wilke hit him, then zoomed off in the alleged hit-and-run on April 29.

The bruised boyfriend suffered a fractured vertebrae and head trauma, according to a police report obtained by the Smoking Gun.

Wilke then ditched her car at a gas station and got a ride home, where she called police to give her side of the story, according to the report.

She told officers the victim was laughing at her after Wilke found out he had HIV, and then pulled out a knife and slashed her arm during a fight.

The dangerous drive was caught on a neighbour's surveillance footage, which was installed because of the area’s bad reputation, Ronnie Foster, the owner of Blue Horse Solutions told the Daily News.

“When we first saw it, with the neighbourhood and everything else, we thought it was a drug deal gone bad,” Foster said.

The victim was flat on his back on the asphalt for several seconds before struggling to his feet and stumbling around.

Wilke has been charged with attempted second degree murder, aggravated assault and leaving the scene.
