Competitors renovated four townhouses in St Johns Road, Meadowbank, Auckland over 10 weeks in the fifth season of TV3's reality show.

The houses sold and the teams cashed in:

* Nikki and Tiff: $1,320,000, for a $150,000 profit

* Emma and Courtney: $1,510,000, for a $300,000 profit

* Dyls and Dylz: $1,341,000, for a $151,000 profit

* Sam and Emmett: $1,610,000, taking home $380,000 profit and another $100,000 as winners.
