BNZ fixes technical problem

The Bank of New Zealand has fixed a problem with its mobile and internet banking on Sunday.

The bank tweeted that some people's cards are being declined at payment terminals and some people may also be having problems transferring money between accounts where money looks like it has been transferred from one account but isn't showing up in the other.

The unit of National Australia Bank later said it had fixed the problem.
