Don't Call Khloe Kardashian 'The Fat Sister'

The Huffington Post The Huffington Post 11/11/2015 Cole Delbyck

Khloe Kardashian has developed some thick skin over the years.

The youngest sister in the original Kardashian triumvirate has always been candid about struggling with her weight, especially when she's constantly held in competition with sisters who stomp down the runway at Victoria's Secret fashion shows and pose nude every other Tuesday.

In her new book Strong Looks Better Naked, Khloe opens up about being called "the fat sister" and how she would never describe herself in those terms.

"It's so funny because I didn't think I was that sister," she told E!'s Maria Menounos. "I didn't think I was the fat sister until people would call me that. And I was like, ‘Am I?' Like I just didn't really think of myself as being fat."

"Looking back now I realized I was unhealthy but I wasn't," she continued. "I think we all know what fat is, I don't think I was fat, I think I was unhealthy."

Khloe also revealed the body shaming was a bit of a double-edged sword. Words can cut like knives, but they can also make you more resilient.

It did make me strong for sure and being able to endure that stuff but it also makes me realize how like fucked up people are. How judgmental and how people's words can hurt other people and what effect it does have on them. I understand why some people succumb to eating disorders or just the peer pressure, I do get that. But I'm proud of myself that I didn't and I'm able to walk away and actually say it made me stronger.

On Tuesday, Khloe shared a video from her pay-for-entry app on Instagram, in which she and BFF Malika Haqq played a game, "No F**ks Given," that determines, well, you can figure it out:

Considering her smoldering Complex cover, we think it's safe to say that when it comes to her haters, Khloe has only one thing to say:
